Welcome to the Delaware Department of Transportation's Virtual Workshop. The goals of the virtual workshop format are to make it easier for more people to view the project information, and to reduce the costs involved in traditional public workshops.
[Arial View] This intersection has been identified by DelDOT’s Traffic Section as a location where an All Way Stop could improve intersection safety and function.
[Westbound Approach] Westbound Baynard Boulevard is Stop Controlled at Shipley Road, with a flashing signal that is controlled by a crossing guard during the school arrival for Immaculate Heart of Mary.
[Southbound Approach] Southbound Shipley Road is a free movement during non-school hours, with a flashing signal that is controlled by a crossing guard during the school arrival for Immaculate Heart of Mary.
